Emotions are hard to describe and often I find that books are the best way for students to understand that others have emotions. I hope you find this list to be of use with your students! By: Chris Haughton George really wants to make good choices but sometimes that is hard to do even when he really wants to make good choices. This book is simple for young children to understand and is a quick read. I SPEAK DINOSAUR! B: Jed Henry Do your students have trouble knowing how dinosaurs behave? Do they have too much energy and play in destructive ways? This book may be just right for them as they learn socially acceptable ways play dinosaur without scaring others around them.
